<br />MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
<br />Section 1: The Employer shall have the exclusive right,
<br />except to the extent otherwise modified or limited in this
<br />Agreement, to manage the operations, control the premisis,
<br />direct the working force and maintain efficiency of
<br />operations. Among the Employer's management rights are the
<br />right to hire, transfer, discipline and discharge for just
<br />cause, lay off and promote; to promulgate and enforce work
<br />rules; to introduce new equipment, methods of performing
<br />work, or facilities; to determine the size, duties and
<br />qualifications of the work force, and work schedules.
<br />ARTICLE 4
<br />DIIES DEDIICTION
<br />section 1: During,the,.term of this.Agreement, the Employer
<br />shall deduct initiation fees and assessments leviedjby..the
<br />OPBA and the regular monthly?OPBA.dues•from the wages of ;??
<br />those employees who have voluntarily signed..dues:deduction

<br />authorization` forms will be :required.; from; any full-time ,_
<br />employees in the North Olmsted Police Dispatcher Department
<br />for whom the Employer is'currently deducting dues. '

<br />time to:time in accordance with,:its-Constitution.and.,;By-Laws.,.
<br />The OPBA shall-certify..to.the Employer the.amounts due.:and:.'
