Page 2 of 2 <br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 92-173 <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby ordered and directed to make the <br />necessary payroll deductions to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance and further, in the <br />event that there is a refund as provided for herein to make the same within thirty (30) days after <br />June 30, 1993. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to establish a health care participation program <br />for all employees and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />/l-Zfi <br />MAYOR EDWAR VIYE-E <br />ATTEST: <br />d•c?.ct•t-eL ? <br />ARBARA L.
