15 R-109.3 Delete Text Refer to Section 1321.05 of which reads as follows: 1321.05 PERMIT CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL FEES. (a) Bu.ilding permits issued under this fee schedule shall expire as follows: (1) Homeowner's permit - 3 months from the date of issuance. (2) All others as follows: A. Under $10,000 evaluation - 4 months from the date of issuance. 4 B. $10,000 to 50,000 evaluation - 6 months from the date of issuance. C. Over $50,000 - 9 months from the date of issuance. (Note: Tao extensions equal to the original time period allotted may be granted provided circumstances warrant and it is requested in writing within ten days of the expiration date.) SECTION R-110 - PLANS (Amended) When required by the building official, plans shall be drawn to scale and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the work proposed and shall show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Plans shall include a plot plan drawn to scale showing the location of all easements, drainage facilities, adjacent grades, property lines, the proposed building and of every existing building on the property. The Building Official may require drawings to be verified by a registered architect or engineer as to code compliance. Sec.R-112-Prefabricated Construction (Amended). The Ohio Basic Building Code provisions as published in Chapter 4101:2-1-64 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall apply to and govern one, two and three-family dwellings constructed of industrialized units, not withstanding any provisions to the contrary as contained in the One and 'Itao Family Dwelling Code adopted herein. Sec. R-116-Plumbin (Added). The Ohio Plumbing Code as published in Chapter 101:2-28 and 101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code and the provisions of Article 28 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, adopted under Section 1301.013% shall apply to plumbing, sewer building and water service installed in one, two and three-family dwellings, not withstanding any provisions to the contrary as contained in the One and Tao Family Dwelling Code adopted herein.
