<br />15 <br />R-109.3 Delete Text Refer to Section 1321.05 of which reads as follows: <br />1321.05 PERMIT CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL FEES. <br />(a) Bu.ilding permits issued under this fee schedule shall expire as <br />follows: <br />(1) Homeowner's permit - 3 months from the date of issuance. <br />(2) All others as follows: <br />A. Under $10,000 evaluation - 4 months from the date of <br />issuance. 4 <br />B. $10,000 to 50,000 evaluation - 6 months from the date of <br />issuance. <br />C. Over $50,000 - 9 months from the date of issuance. <br />(Note: Tao extensions equal to the original time period allotted may be <br />granted provided circumstances warrant and it is requested in writing within <br />ten days of the expiration date.) <br />SECTION R-110 - PLANS (Amended) <br />When required by the building official, plans shall be drawn to scale and <br />shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the work <br />proposed and shall show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of <br />this code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Plans <br />shall include a plot plan drawn to scale showing the location of all <br />easements, drainage facilities, adjacent grades, property lines, the proposed <br />building and of every existing building on the property. The Building <br />Official may require drawings to be verified by a registered architect or <br />engineer as to code compliance. <br />Sec.R-112-Prefabricated Construction (Amended). The Ohio Basic Building Code <br />provisions as published in Chapter 4101:2-1-64 of the Ohio Administrative Code <br />shall apply to and govern one, two and three-family dwellings constructed <br />of industrialized units, not withstanding any provisions to the contrary as <br />contained in the One and 'Itao Family Dwelling Code adopted herein. <br />Sec. R-116-Plumbin (Added). The Ohio Plumbing Code as published in Chapter <br />101:2-28 and 101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code and the provisions of <br />Article 28 of the Ohio Basic Building Code, adopted under Section 1301.013% <br />shall apply to plumbing, sewer building and water service installed in one, <br />two and three-family dwellings, not withstanding any provisions to the <br />contrary as contained in the One and Tao Family Dwelling Code adopted herein. <br />
