ORDINANCE N0. 92 - 155 <br />BY : CO N TT ,MAN T ,Fl1NAR <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TR.AFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT EASMIIVT <br />LOCATID ON PROPERTY OWNID BY MANNERS INVESTTZIIVT LIMITID PARTNERSHIP <br />AND DESIGNATED AS PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-26-3 BY CUYAHOGA COUNi'Y <br />MAPS AND RECORDS, SAID EASIIMEIVT SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "B", AND DECLARING <br />AN IlKERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted and the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation has agreed to pay all costs and expenses for the <br />construction the traffic control equipment within the easement area as <br />shown on the Exhibit "A", being part of the City-Wide "Closed-Loop" <br />Traffic Signal System Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COTJN7_'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the City hereby accepts an easement from Manners <br />Investment Limited Partnership for traffic control equipment, as <br />shown on Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is <br />hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of the <br />Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, property, health and safety of the City, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />?•.. <br />PASSED :?``??? /9 q a <br />ATT?ST <br />Pe-Yi1-?--- <br />, J <br />?Barbara L.
