MAPS AND RECORDS, SAID EASENID.VT SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "B", AND DECLARING AN EMERGIlVCY. the City of North Olmsted and the Ohio Department of Transportation has agr2ed to pay all costs and expenses for the construction the traffic control equipment within the easement area as shown on the Exhibit "A", being part of the City-Wide "Closed-Loop" Traffic Signal System Project. C-TIC P-91 NOW, UMZEFORE, BE IT ORDAINID BY TfiE COUNCIL OF 7HEE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: 7hat the City hereby accepts an easement from Manners Investment Limited Partnership for traffic control equipment, as shown on F.xhibit "A". SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. . SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety of the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and ae in force imrnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. ??..
