<br />? (a) If a day recognized as a holiday by the terms <br />,%W <br />of this Agreement falls within an employee's <br /> vacation leave, the employee shall not be <br /> credited with a vacation day and will be paid <br /> for the holiday at the straight time rate. <br />(b) An employee may have the option of using a <br /> personal day as a day of extended vacation. <br />(c) An employee may have the option of usinq one <br /> half (1/2) of his accrued vacation in one day <br /> increments. An employee will give the supervisor <br /> at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice. <br /> ARTICLS 22: HOLIDAYS <br />Sectior? 1: All regular full-time employees shall be <br />entitled to the followinq paid holidays: <br /> New Year's Day <br /> President's Day <br /> One-half (1/2) day Good Friday <br /> Memorial Day <br /> Independence Day <br /> Labor Day <br /> Thanksgiving Day <br /> Day After Thanksgivinq <br /> One-half (1/2) day Christmas Eve <br /> Christmas Day <br /> One-half (1/2) Day New Years Eve <br /> Employee's Birthday <br />Section 2:. An employee in the Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />or the Service Department who may be scheduled to work a full day <br />on Good Friday or Christmas Eve will receive compensatory time <br />off. <br />29
