<br />"- Section 3: Zn addition to the above holidays, a regular <br />full-time employee shall be entitled to observe two (2) personal <br />days as a holiday with pay in each of the years (July 19 to June <br />30, in 1992-1993 and July 1 to June 30 thereafter) covered by the <br />terms of this Agreement. The personal day shall be scheduled by <br />mutual agreement between the employees and his supervisor. <br />Section 4: If an employee does not use sick leave time for <br />any 6 month.period, from his last sick day, he shall receive two <br />(2) personal days off or, at his option, the cash equivalent of <br />one (1) or two (2) days. Such bonus days may be taken at a time <br />mutually agreeable to the City and the employee. Such bonus days <br />must be taken within one year of accrual. Up to one absence per <br />year for attendinq a funeral as provided in Article 15 may be <br />used without affectinq eligibility for bonus days. <br />Section 5: To be entitled to holiday pay, employees must <br />work the last regular work day before and the first regular work <br />day after the holiday unless excused by the City. If any of the <br />above holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, either the <br />previous Friday or the following Monday shall be observed as the <br />holiday, except that where employees at the Wastewater Plant <br />(which maintains a 7 day operation) normally work a rotating <br />shift, the holiday shall be observed on its actual day. <br />30
