The City's obligation shall be <br />limited to making contributions at the rate of thirty-five <br />dollars and twenty-five cents ($35.25) per month per employee for <br />AFSCME Care Plan coverage for each regular full-time employee. <br />Section 2: The City shall contribute an additional five <br />dollar ($5.00) per employee per month for AFSCME Legal Plan <br />coverage for each regular full-time employee. <br />ARTICLE 35: WAGES <br />Section 1: Effective July 19, 1992, all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5%) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />set forth in Appendix "A". (The City shall compute overtime <br />separately from straight time and shall show the overtime and <br />straight time separately on the employee's pay stub. <br />Additionally, the City shall compute and show on the employee's <br />pay stub his accrued sick leave and vacation time.) <br />Section 2: Effective July 1, 1993 all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5%) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />set forth in Appendix "A-1". <br />Section 3: Effective July 1, 1994 all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of four and one <br />half percent (4.5%) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates <br />set forth in Appendix "A-211. <br />Section 4: Paychecks will normally be available on Friday <br />noon for employees who are not scheduled to work Friday or who <br />have completed their work at that time; and at the end of the day <br />42
