? <br />_ , . _.,..i.) <br />:?- Section 5: Employees required to take the driving portion <br />*%w? <br />of the CDL exam shall be permitted to use a City vehicle for that <br />exaYa. <br />ARTICLE 44: UNIFORMS <br />Section 1: The City shall continue to provide uniforms per <br />past practice to employees provided uniforms as of July 18, 1992. <br />Section 2: The City shall provide all other bargaininq unit <br />employees five shirts a week (long sleeve in winter; short sleeve <br />in summer) which employees who elect to receive uniforms shall be <br />required to wear on the job, except during warna weather, when <br />employees may wear t-shirts. The City shall provide uniform <br />pants to those employees who desire pants. <br />? <br />ARTICLE 45: CONTRACTS <br />Section 1: The City shall provide each bargaininq unit <br />employee with a copy of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 46: DURATION <br />Section 1: This Agreement shall become effective on the <br />19th day of July, 1992 and shall continue in full force and <br />effect until midnight on July 30, 1995, and thereafter from year <br />to year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior <br />to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either party <br />gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within <br />fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier <br />than March 18th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />47
