Carper and Cora Carper by deed dated May 30, 1977 <br />and recorded in volume 14480, page 617 of Cuyahoga County records; thence <br />southwesterly along said center line 105.08 feet to the most northerly corner or <br />land conveyed to Phillip C. Rodecker and Marie L. Rodecker by deed dated <br />7une 5, 1975 and recorded in volume 13839 page 871 of Cuyahoga County <br />records; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of land so conveyed <br />295.93 feet to the most easterly corner thereof, thence southwesterly along the <br />southeasterly line of said land 80.89 feet to an exterior corner of land <br />conveyed to E.W. Kerner and Odelia Kerner by deed dated August 25, 1924 <br />and recorded in volume 3084 page 636 of Cuyahoga County records; thence <br />southeasterly along the southwesterly line of land so conveyed 211.82 feet to <br />the most westerly corner of land taken by the Board of Education of the North <br />Olmsted School District, Cuyahoga County Ohio as described in the certificate <br />of appropriation filed for record on July 22, 1966 in volume 11840 of deeds <br />page 117 of Cuyahoga County records; thence northeasterly along the <br />northwesterly line of land so described 254.35 feet to the northeasterly line of <br />land conveyed to E.W. and Odelia Kerner as aforesaid; thence northwesterly <br />along said northeasterly line 292.21 feet to the most northerly corner of land <br />conveyed to 7ohn W. and Cora Carper as aforesaid; thence southwesterly <br />along the southeasterly line of land so conveyed in 44.79 feet to the most <br />southerly corner thereof, thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of <br />said land 205.81 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to a legal highway: excepting therefrom that part be taken for the <br />widening of Lorain Road as shown by the dedication plat recorded in volume <br />130 of maps, page 240 of Cuyahoga County records. <br />PPN-237-4-2 <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized and directed to <br />cause written notice of adoption of this ordinance to be given to each owner of the property <br />described in Section 1 of this ordinance and to each person in possession of that property and <br />to each person having an interest of record in that property, or to the authorized agents of <br />those persons. Notice sha11 be served by a person designated by the Mayor for that purpose, <br />and such notice shall be served and return made in the manner provided for in the service <br />and return of summons in civil actions. If any such owner, person or agent cannot be found, <br />notice shall be given by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the City. <br />SECTION 3: It is found and determined that a11 formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were taken in an open meeting of <br />this Council and any of its committees that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with the law. <br />SECTIDN 4: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />
