Complete <br />replacement shall include subbase, underdrains and drive apron replacement. The method of <br />rehabilitation of pavement shall be based on evaluation of pavement cores and visual inspection. <br />The City Engineer shall review the proposed methods of pavement rehabilitation prior <br />to final plan and specification preparation. <br />Review of storm sewer videotapes and replacement of structurally deficient sections (point <br />repairs) will be included for this project. Catch basins will be added if it is determined that they <br />are needed. <br />Construction documents and engineering design parameters will be in accordance with <br />the latest ODOT and North Olmsted City Standards. <br />Construction documents will include a title sheet, general notes, typical sections, plan <br />sheets and miscellaneous detail sheets. Construction plan design will incorporate all normal <br />engineering considerations for a project of this type. <br />Drawings shall be prepared using Autocad Version 11. <br />It is understood that the horizontal and vertical alignments of the roadways will not be <br />revised as part of this project. Existing line and grade will be maintained. <br />The project will be setup to be bid in two phases, unless otherwise directed by the City, <br />with Deerfield, Dawn, and Fawn Drives bid in 1993, and Chase, Doe, Antler and Hunter Drives <br />in 1994. Construction cost estimates shall be prepared as required for each bid. <br />All above ground features and existing underground utilities within 5 feet of the right-of- <br />way shall be shown on the plans. All utility companies involved will be notified of the project. <br />B. SurveyinQ Services <br />The W.R.E.S. Corporation will perform all field surveys necessary to develop the final <br />construction plans and specifications. <br />C. Construction Services <br />This project will be administered by the City of North Olmsted. The W.R.E.S. <br />Corporation will be available to provide consultation services during construction to interpret <br />plan intent and answer any pertinent questions.
