TIME SCHEDULE <br />7uly 22, 1992 <br />Construction plans will be completed within sixteen weeks of authorization to proceed. <br />III. FEE SCHEDULE <br />We propose a fee for the above basic services of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00). <br />The fee includes the cost for 35 pavement cores. Additional cores, if required, shall be <br />compensated for at actual cost plus 10% to cover overhead. <br />IV. SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES AND CHARGES <br />Not included in the percentage fee for basic services are various supplementary services. <br />These supplementary services vary greatly in scope, complexity and timing. they may be a <br />prominent part of some engineering projects and not exist with others. Such supplementary <br />services when performed by the Engineer shall be paid at our prevailing per diem rates. When <br />performed by others, the charge will be at 1. 1 times the actual cost to cover overhead. <br />1. Calculadon of special assessments. <br />2. Procuring permits, easements or rights-of-way. <br />3. Additional services resulting from significant changes in the general scope of <br />design of the project. <br />4. Preparing for public hearing or attendance. <br />5. Specialized traffic studies. <br />6. Environmental impact statements. <br />7. Cost of test borings or other sub-surface explorations. <br />8. Field surveys for construction staking. <br />9. Resident Engineer. <br />10. Construction Observer.
