No person shall <br />permit any fire to be left unattended and must completely <br />extinguish the fire before leaving the area. (Ord. 79-72. Passed <br />6-19-79.)" <br />be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />"947.01 RULFS AND REGULATIONS. <br />(a) Sneed Re ulated No vehicle or horse shall be driven or <br />ridden in the City park or recreation site at a speed greater than <br />fifteen miles per hour. <br />(b) Selling Merchandise <br />No person, paztnership or corporation operating for profit <br />exclusive and apart from a nonprofit group or organization shall <br />sell or offer for sale any goods, wazes, merchandise or services in <br />the City parks. <br />(c) Hours Open to Public <br />Each park and recreation site shall have signs posted as to hours <br />open and noting the hours the pazk or site will be closed. <br />(d) Pazkin Areas Parking in designated areas only. No parking <br />shall be permitted between evergreen trees on West Park and East <br />Park at North Olmsted Park. <br />(e) Certain Vehicles Prohibited No heavily loaded vehicles or <br />vehicles used for such purposes, except upon special written <br />permission. <br />( fl Animals. No dogs or other animals shall be permitted to run <br />at large in a park or recreation area. See General Offenses Code <br />505.01(d).
