<br />(g) Litteria& No person sha11 place, deposit or dispose of any <br />paper, trash, garbage, waste, refuse, junk or any other substance <br />upon public property used for recreation or park purposes. <br />(h) Bill Posting No person without proper authority shall post <br />any bill or sign, handbill or notice, or advertisement, on any <br />public property used for park or recreation purposes. <br />(i) GamblinQ. No person, unless exempt by the statutes of the <br />State, as well as Chapter 517 of the General Offenses Code, shall <br />be permitted to conduct a game of chance or scheme of chance, or <br />to gamble in the public parks or recreation areas of the City. <br />(j) Disorderly Conduct and Peace Disturbance No person shall <br />commit acts which aze prohibited in Chapter 509 of the General <br />Offenses Code. <br />(k) Firearms or Ex losives No person shall be permitted to use <br />firearms or explosives contrary to the provisions of Chapter 549 <br />of the General Offenses Code. <br />(1) Picnics. Picnics sha11 be permitted in designated areas. Large <br />picnics, fifty or more, should first obtain a permit prior to holding <br />function. <br />(m) Cam,l?ing_ No person shall be permitted to use any park or <br />recreation facilities for camping unless authorized to do so by the <br />Director of Public Safety. <br />(n) Slineshot: Bow and Arrow• Air Gun No person shall use <br />a slingshot, bow and arrow, or air gun within the public parks or <br />recreation areas of the City, the use of which is prohibited by <br />Section 549.10 of the General Offenses Code. <br />(o) Golf. No person shall cause a golf ball to be propelled by <br />hitting the same with a golf club within the public pazks or <br />recreation areas of the City.
