. <br />CITY OF NOR1H OIMSTED <br />ORDINANCB N0. 92-58 <br />BY: JANEr SARINGER <br />AN ORDINANCE AMIINDING SECTION 1135.02 (H) OF THEE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTID ZOTTING CODE, ENTITLID "RECREATIONAL <br />VEEIICLE" AS ANIIINDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that this Council amend Section 1135.02 (H) of the <br />Zoning Code entitled "Recreational Vehicle," so as to provide for additional <br />yard areas within residential lots upon which recreational vehicles may be <br />parked or stored. <br />NOW, MMMRE, BE IT ORDAIlM BY 1EIE CaONCIL OF 7HE CITY OF NOR'lgi <br />OIMSM, (O[lN1Y OF CUYAEMA ANID STATS OF CEE0: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1135.02 (H) of the City of North Olmsted Zoning <br />Code entitled "Recreational Vehicle," which presently reads as follows: <br />"One (1) recreational vehicle not exceeding eighteen feet <br />(181) in length may be stored in the rear yard. For <br />purposes of this subsection, a recreational vehicle shall <br />include but not be limited to a boat, travel trailer, or <br />motor home. Such recreational vehicle shall not be occupied <br />or used so long as the same is stored in the rear yard. For <br />purposes of this Zoning Code, in all instances involving a <br />corner lot, such vehicles shall not be kept, stored, or <br />maintained in the side yard of a corner yard which abuts the <br />side street. Recreational vehicles may be parked on the <br />driveway of a residential dwelling for a period not exceeding <br />seventy-two (72) hours." <br />The amended, and the same, as amended herein, shall provide as follows: <br />(h) Recreational Vehicle. Recreational vehicles (including, <br />but not limited to boats, travel trailers, motor homes, and <br />utility trailers) may be stored in a completely enclosed garage <br />in a marmer which does not impair the complete closing of the <br />garage's door or doors. Further, no more than two additional <br />recreational vehicles may be parked or stored on a lot, outside <br />of a garage, as follows:
