? Section 2 <br />VIRNI Project Approach <br />0 Task 101 - Review of Existing Records⢠<br />? Malcolm Pirnie will review existing records of the WWTP site ta <br />begin confirming the existing drainage structures and discharge point. <br />Malcolm Pirnie will verify the records in the field and test as neces- <br />? sary, with the assistance of the WWTP staff, the drainage systems to <br />document that no other connections exist. The City will provide to <br />Malcolm Pirnie the construction schedule of the Dechlorination pro- <br />? ject in order to project the stormwater runoff impacts of ongoing <br />construction at the plant site and the expected impacts of future <br />construction projects. , <br />Task 102 - Site Mapping: <br />Malcolm Pirnie will subcontract for the aerial photography and pro- <br />vide the information necessary to produce a AutoCAD topographic <br />map of the WWTP site usable for the stormwater permit application, <br />the graphic displays to be contained in the North Olmsted WWTp <br />Facilities Plan Update, and suitable for use in the development of <br />any necessary future detailed design documents. <br />Ytalcolm Pirnie will purchase the most recent Cuyahoga County <br />Orthophoto mapping surrounding the WWTP site for determinin(y <br />the drainage pattern within one quarter mile of the WWTP site. y <br />Task 103 - Install Flow Monitor. Sampler and Raingauge⢠<br />Malcolm Pirnie will subcontract for the rental, installation and cali- <br />bration of the one flow monitor, one sampler, and one raingauge. <br />Malcolm Pirnie will instruct the WWTP personnel in the procedure <br />for the collection and operation of the sample, and provide the list <br />of required analysis parameters and analytical detection limits to the <br />WWTP laboratory. The City will perform the analysis for the pollut- <br />ant parameters routinely analyzed for the discharge from the WWTp. <br />Malcolm Pirnie will subcontract for any analyses for [yollutants that <br />are not routinely performed by the WWTP laboratory or its contrac- <br />ting laboratory. <br />Task 104 - Data Review: <br />Malcolm Pirnie will review the flow data, sampling analysis and pre- <br />cipitation data obtained and prepare the data for inclusion in the <br />Stormwater Permit Application.
