P ? <br />? <br />Aerocon Photogrammetric Surveys, Inc. <br />i <br />Aerocon Photogrammetric Surveys, Inc. is an engineering oriented, full <br />service photogrammetric firm that provides high quality and timely per- <br />formance. Aerocon's experience in cartography and photogrammetry <br />includes work for private, professional, governmental and industrial cli- <br />ents. , <br />Their personnel consists of individuals with an average experience of <br />twenty years in the photogrammetric industry and educational back- <br />grounds in surveying, civil engineering, photogammetry, computer sci- <br />ence, geography, photography and related fields. <br />Technical Quality Assurance <br />Malcolm Pirnie has instituted a Quality Assurance Prog-am which estab- <br />lishes guidelines to be utilized by in-house staff to yield project results <br />consistent with the Malcolm Pirnie reputation of technical excellence. <br />The program is initiated by project management staff developing a Qual- <br />ity Assurance Program Plan prior to the commencement of work. The <br />plan which is submitted to senior project management and the designat- <br />ed technical director, includes descriptions of how the project is to be <br />conducted, who will be involved (including specific responsibilities), how <br />and when deliverables will be reviewed, and information regarding bud- <br />get and schedule. It is the responsibility of the project manager and <br />officer to monitor the project and to maintain the work in accordance <br />with the QA Program Plan. <br />For this project, Malcolm Pirnie has assembled a technical quality assur- <br />ance team, consisting of nationally-recognized and local eaperts to per- <br />form technical review of key project elements, as described in the pre- <br />ceding paragaph, and in our project approach. <br />Project Management Policy <br />As a matter of corporate policy, Malcolm Pirnie retains senior personnel <br />involvement in Technical Management of all projects.
