This.shall be.divided. hy. #hi.rty..(30). hQmes pet.linear.... , .... . . . , . <br />mile to arrive at the required per home investment GRANTEE must <br />make. - - <br />(iii) The potential Subscribers requesting service shall then be <br />multiplied by GRANTEE's investment per home and this total_ <br />amount shall be subtracted from GRANTEE's current cost per <br />linear mile. <br />(iv) The remaining amount shall then be shared pro rata by the <br />potential Subscribers requesting service and paid to GRANTEE <br />prior to the time the extension is made. <br />(E) GRANTEE shall be required, in accordance with this agreement and <br />applicable 1aw, to provide service to;individual units of a multiple dwelling unit ("MDU") <br />with a!I services offered other dwelling units within the City, so long as the owner of the <br />facility consents in writing, if requested by GRANTEE, the following: <br />(1) GRANTEE's providing of the service to units of the facility; <br />(2) To reasonable conditions and times for installation, maintenance, <br />and inspection of the System on the facility premises; <br />(3) To reasonable conditions promulgated by GRANTEE to protect <br />GRANTEE's equipment and encourage widespread use of the <br />system; and <br />(4) To not demand payment from GRANTEE for permitting GRANTEE <br />- To provide service to the facility and to not discriminate in rental <br />charges, or othenrvise, between tenants who receive cable service <br />and those who do not. <br />SECTION XXIII: <br />SUPERVISION BY THE CITY <br />(A) The GRANTEE shall construct, operate and maintain the Cable System <br />subject to the supervision of all the authorities of the City who have lawful jurisdiction in <br />such matters and in strict compliance with a11 laws, ordinances, and departmental rules <br />and regu!ation affecting the Cable System. <br />„ <br />?,
