? . ...??.;?.?..?,w?....,. <br />SECTION 1: By virtue of the provisions of Sec. 4511.21, Revised Code of Ohio <br />the Director of Transportation is hereby requested to review the engineering and traffic <br />investigation and to determine and declare a reasonable and safe prima facie speed on <br />I-480 between the North Olmsted west corporation line and the east corporation line in <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />SECTION 2: The study outlined in Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the <br />Ohio Department of Transportation, along with this Resolution, to ODOT's District 12 <br />office located at 5500 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125-8003, on <br />or before May 22, 1996. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare and further provided it receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />(9V2",I ?- ? /?c? ? <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara L.
