(2) To reasonable conditions and times for installation, maintenance, <br />and inspection of the System on the facility premises; <br />(3) To reasonable conditions promulgated by GRANTEE to protect <br />GRANTEE's equipment and to encourage widespread use of the <br />system; and <br />(4) To not demand payment from GRANTEE for permitting GRANTEE <br />to provide service to the facility and to not discriminate in rental <br />charges, or otherwise, between tenants who receive cable service <br />and those who do not. <br />SECTION XXIII: <br />SUPERVISION BY THE CITY <br />(a) The GRANTEE shall construct, operate and maintain the Cable System <br />subject to the supervision of all of the authorities of the City who have lawful <br />jurisdiction in such matters and in strict compliance with all laws, ordinances, and <br />departmental rules and regulation affecting the Cable System. <br />(b) The Cable System and all parts thereof shall be subject to the right of <br />periodic inspection by the City. <br />(c) The Mayor may, from time to time, issue such reasonable rules and <br />regulations concerning the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System <br />as are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and FCC Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />(d) If at any time, the powers of the City Council or any agency or official of <br />the City are transferred by law to any other board, authority, agency or official, then <br />such other board, authority, agency or official shall have the powers, rights and duties <br />previously vested under this Agreement with any agency or official of the City. <br />SECTION XXIV: <br />GRANTEE's DUTY TO REMOVE ITS PROPERTY FROM THE PUBLIC STREETS <br />(a) Following the GRANTEE's commencement of service through its System, <br />the GRANTEE shall promptly remove from the public streets where its properties are <br />located all or any part of its facilities or equipment, so located where one or more of <br />the following enumerated conditions occurs: <br />32 <br />
