(2) To reasonable conditions and times for installation, maintenance, and inspection of the System on the facility premises; (3) To reasonable conditions promulgated by GRANTEE to protect GRANTEE's equipment and to encourage widespread use of the system; and (4) To not demand payment from GRANTEE for permitting GRANTEE to provide service to the facility and to not discriminate in rental charges, or otherwise, between tenants who receive cable service and those who do not. SECTION XXIII: SUPERVISION BY THE CITY (a) The GRANTEE shall construct, operate and maintain the Cable System subject to the supervision of all of the authorities of the City who have lawful jurisdiction in such matters and in strict compliance with all laws, ordinances, and departmental rules and regulation affecting the Cable System. (b) The Cable System and all parts thereof shall be subject to the right of periodic inspection by the City. (c) The Mayor may, from time to time, issue such reasonable rules and regulations concerning the construction, operation, and maintenance of the System as are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and FCC Rules and Regulations. (d) If at any time, the powers of the City Council or any agency or official of the City are transferred by law to any other board, authority, agency or official, then such other board, authority, agency or official shall have the powers, rights and duties previously vested under this Agreement with any agency or official of the City. SECTION XXIV: GRANTEE's DUTY TO REMOVE ITS PROPERTY FROM THE PUBLIC STREETS (a) Following the GRANTEE's commencement of service through its System, the GRANTEE shall promptly remove from the public streets where its properties are located all or any part of its facilities or equipment, so located where one or more of the following enumerated conditions occurs: 32
