f ? 4 ? .,.. ...?,?.. <br />t - <br />(v) "Reasonable Time" Shall mean within (15) fifteen calendar days following <br />receipt of such a Reasonable Request or such greater period of time as shall be <br />reasonable given the nature of or burden resulting from the request. <br />(w) "School" Shall mean those public schools serving grades K through 12 <br />within the City of North Olmsted. <br />(x) "Standard Installation" Shall mean cable connections that are located <br />up to 150 feet from the existing distribution system and shall not mean commercial or <br />MDU installations, inside "wall fish" installations or buried installations, irrespective of <br />distance, where adverse terrain (such as excessive rocky conditions) or other factors <br />render extension of the system economically or technically more expensive or difficult <br />than typically encountered by GRANTEE in its normal operations. <br />(y) "State" Shall mean the State of Ohio. <br />(z) "Street" or "Streets" Shall mean the surface of and the space above and <br />below any public street, road, highway, freeway, land, path, public way or place, alley, <br />court, sidewalk, boulevard, parking, drive or other easement now or hereafter held by <br />the "City" for the purpose of public travel and shall further include such other <br />easements or right-of-ways as shall be now held or hereafter held by the "City" <br />which shall, within their proper use and meaning, entitle the "City" and the <br />"GRANTEE" to use thereof for the purpose of installing or transmitting signals via <br />poles, cables, wires conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, <br />appliances, attachments and associated apparatus, with other property as may be <br />ordinarily necessary and pertinent to the operation of the "Cable System". <br />(a1) "Subscriber" shall mean a Person who lawfully obtains cable television <br />services from GRANTEE. <br />(b1) "USABLE ACTIVATED CHANNELS" Shall mean activated channels of the <br />Cable System except those channels whose use for the distributions of broadcast <br />signals would conflict with technical and safety regulations determined by the Federal <br />Communications Commission. . <br />SECTION 11: <br />GRANTING FRANCHISE PERIOD <br />By virtue of the terms, provisions and conditions herein , there is hereby <br />granted by the City to the GRANTEE the right, privilege and franchise to construct, own, <br />operate, modify and maintain a System in the Streets of the City for (15) fifteen years <br />from the date the City executes this Agreement.
