ROTHENBERG, the GRANTORS, for and in <br />consideration of certain good and valuable consideration and of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), <br />the full receipt of all which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, THE GRANTEE, its successor and assigns forever, a <br />perpetual easement for Right-of-Way for stormwater drainage purposes on and under the <br />following-described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part of Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-15-012, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, together with the right and <br />privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, alteration, repair, <br />maintenance, inspection, and survey of said stormwater drainage channel and <br />appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said easement and right-of-way unto the said Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor himself, and his successors and <br />assigns, hereby covenant with the said Grantee, it successors and assigns, that he is the <br />lawful owner of said premises and has full power to grant, bazgain, sell, convey and <br />release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against <br />a11 claims. <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and <br />known as being part of Sublot No. 5 of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4located in <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 15 as recorded in Volume 202, Page 73 of Cuyahoga <br />County May Records, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sublot 5 of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4, as <br />aforesaid, said point also being in the northerly line of Blossom Blvd., 60 feet wide, and <br />the principal place of beginning of the easement herein described:
