Course #1 Thence along the northerly line of Blossom Blvd. as aforesaid, and <br />along the arc of a circle deflecting to the left, a distance of 18.91 feet, <br />said azc having a radius of 365.51 feet, a central angle of 02° 57' 5 1", <br />and a chord which beazs south 781 25' 02" west, a distance of 21.17 feet <br />to a point of reverse curve; <br />Course #2 Thence continuing along the northerly line of Blossom Blvd. as aforesaid, <br />and along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right, a distance of 12.64 feet, <br />said arc having a radius of 345.00 feet, a central angle of 02° 06' 00", and <br />a chord which bears south 70° 17' 00" west, a distance of 10.60 feet to a <br />point; <br />Course #3 Thence north 01° 16' 44" west, parallel with the easterly property line <br />of Sublot 5, as aforesaid, a distance of 93.33 feet to a point in the <br />southwesterly line of an existing drainage easement as shown by the <br />Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4, as aforesaid; <br />Course #4 Thence south 46° 16" 44" east, along the southwesterly line of the <br />existing drainage easement, as aforesaid, a distance of 14.14 feet to an <br />angle point therein; <br />Course #5 Thence south O 1° 16' 44" east, along the westerly line of the eacisting <br />drainage easement, as aforesaid, a distance of 70.00 feet to a southwesterly <br />comer therein; <br />Course #6 Thence north 88° 08' 50" east, along the southerly line of said drainage <br />easement, a distance of 20.00 feet to the easterly properiy line of Sublot <br />S,as aforesaid; <br />Course #7 Thence south 01 ° 16' 44" east, along the easterly property line of said <br />Sublot 5, a distance of 3.58 feet to the principal place of beginning and <br />containing 0.023 acres of land as calculated by the WESTERN RESERVE <br />ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING COMPANY, be the same more or <br />less but subject to all legal highways, and as shown in a drawing marked <br />Exlubit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above described <br />easement against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, <br />structures, improvements, tunnels, or facilities,-of any kind, and the storing or placing <br />of any materials, equipment or other obstructions thereon, or excavation therein in any
