<br />manner interfering with said stormwater drainage channel and appurtenances whatsoever, <br />the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise interfering therewith; <br />provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and prohibitions, Grantors may <br />make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing premises with the express <br />written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted usage shall include, i= <br />aU landscaping, within the regulations set forth in the Codified Ordinances, and the <br />maintenance thereof.
