DISCUSSION <br />Confined spaces are normally considered to be enclosures having limited means for <br />personnel entry and exit, by reason of location, size, or number of openings; and, <br />unfavorable natural ventilation which could contain or produce dangerous air <br />contaminants, flammable or explosive atmosphere, and or oxygen deficiency. <br />Confined spaces include, but are not limited to, storage tanks, process or reaction <br />vessels, boilers, pits, silos, vats, degreasers, ventilation and exhaust ducts, sewers, <br />1
