The present Office and Storage Rooms on the north side of the Entrance <br />Foyer will be remodeled to provide a Handicapped Entrance and Men's and <br />Women's Toilet Rooms. The Toilet Rooms will meet ADA requirements and <br />contain one water closet and one lavatory per room for use by the <br />disabled. The temperature control panel will be relocated. Plumbing <br />piping will be connected to existing piping in the basement. <br />Supplementary Services: The following work is defined as additional services if <br />requested by the Owner. <br />1. Review of submittals and interpretation of drawings during the <br />construction phase <br />2. Progress and final inspections during construction up to 30 hours on site <br />3. Installation of a roof over the new ramp area. This should be coordinated <br />with the future kitchen addition. <br />4. Development of preliminary planning and programming for the future Kitchen <br />Addition. <br />5. Study the existing Electrical Service to determine it's capacity to <br />accommodate the new Kitchen Addition. <br />6. Installation of a new sanitary sewer service for the new toilet rooms and <br />the future Kitchen Addition. <br />Page 2 <br />
