Review of submittals and interpretation of drawings during the construction <br />phase <br />2. Progress and final inspections during construction up to 30 hours on site <br />3. Installation of a roof over the new ramp area. This should be coordinated <br />with the future kitchen addition. <br />4. Development of preliminary planning and programming for the future Kitchen <br />Addition. <br />5. Study the existing Electrical Service to determine it's capacity to accommodate <br />the new Kitchen Addition. <br />6. Installation of a new sanitary sewer service for the new toilet rooms and the <br />future Kitchen Addition.
