CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 96-2 <br />1. Fu11-time employees who have completed twelve full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the thirteenth <br />year of employment. <br />m. Full-time employees who have completed thirteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the fourteenth <br />year of employment. <br />n. Full-time employees who have completed fourteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during <br />the fifteenth year of employment. <br />o. Full-time employees who have completed fifteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to five weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the suxteenth <br />year of employment. <br />p. Fu11-time employees who have completed sixteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to five weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the seventeenth <br />year of employment. <br />q. Full-time employees who have completed seventeen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the <br />eighteenth year of employment. <br />r. Full-time employees who have completed eighteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the <br />nineteenth year of employment. <br />s. Fu11-time employees who have completed nineteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the <br />twentieth year of employment. <br />t. Full-time employees who have completed twenty years of employment <br />through infinity are entitled to six weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during <br />the twenty-first year and all subsequent years thereafter. <br />U. Any employee may be paid for vacation time in lieu of time off provided, <br />however, that approval therefor is obtained from the employee's immediate supervisor <br />and, in any event, all employees must take a minimum of five uniuterrupted days off each <br />year. <br />v. If a day recognized as a Paid Holiday falls within an employee's vacation week, <br />the employee shall have the option to be paid an e}rtra eight (8) hours, at a straight time <br />rate or take the holiday off at another time. <br />4
