Bohlmann <br />Service Director <br />Reference : Professional Engineering and Related Services <br />Design of Drainage Improvements <br />For the Brookpark to Mastick Relief Storm Sewer <br />Dear Sir: <br />We are pleased to submit this proposal for Professional Engineering and related services for the <br />Design of Drainage Improvements for the subject relief storm sewer. <br />A relief storm sewer of minimum 72 inches shall be designed to convey storm water runoff from the <br />southerly terminus of Georgette Avenue across Brookpark Road; under the I-480 bridge and on south <br />across Mastick Road to just east of the existing storm sewer oudet. The existing headwall and last <br />section of existing oudet shall be replaced and repaired respectively. Both oudets will share a <br />common headwall. The channel around the waste water treatment plant will be improved as required <br />for the additional runoff. <br />The. basic scope of services to be provided shall be as follows: <br />1. We will review available unprovement plans for city streets and development pertinent to <br />accomplishing the project objec6ve. <br />2. We will contact OUPS to obtain existing utility informa6on. <br />3. The existing information will be supplemented by site inspection, field surveys and <br />discussions with die appropriate city staff inembers. The field surveys will establish the <br />horizontal and vertical control for the proposed improvement. Existing property lines will <br />be observed and/or re-established along the sewer alignment to assist in the preparation of <br />easement documents. <br />4.
