His responsibilities have included manpower <br />allocation, project budgeting, supervision of design and construction management staff, <br />project managers, review of projects for quality and client requirements, project schedules <br />and cost control, client contacts, contract negotiations and administration, and construction <br />management services. <br />Major accomplishments of Mr. Saini in the transportation field include: <br />° Project Manager: Edgewater Pazk Improvements. Design and construction <br />inspection for site improvements including a new pavilion, concession, building, <br />bathhouses, parking areas, exercise trail, hiking trail, access roads and utilities. <br />° Project Manager: Northeast Conidor Improvement Projects. 55 mile section of <br />two and four track realignment, inter-locking design, profile improvements, track <br />bed drainage and other right of way improvements in Washington, D.C. and the <br />State of Maryland <br />° Project Manager: Physical inspection, rehabilitation, 'reconstruction and <br />replacement of numerous major bridges for highways and railroads <br />° Project Principal: Construction Management Services for the Construction of <br />Aircraft Parking Ramp areas and Taxiway Pavement at Cleveland Hopkins <br />International Airport, Cleveland, Ohio (Project Cost $9.0 Million). <br />° Project Manager: Design and construction administration of 90 meter long four <br />span structure over West Fork River for the West Virginia Department of <br />Highways. <br />PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: <br />1971, Civil Engineering: Ohio, Virginia; West Virginia, Illinois, Oklahoma, <br />Florida, and Michigan
