<br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and in the Original <br />Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract 6 and further described as follows: <br />Being a pazcel of land lying on the left side of the centerline of right-of-way of Mill Road, <br />and being located within the following described points in the boundary thereof: <br />Beginning at an iron monument at the intersection of Mill Road and Dover Center Road; <br />thence N 78° 12' 55" W, 831.57 feet along the eJCisting centerline of Mill Road to a PK nail; <br />thence along said centerline N 780 48' 15" W, 333.84 feet to a point; thence N 010 35' 55" E, <br />20.28 feet to a point at the intersection of Grantor's easterly property line and the existing right <br />of-way line of Mill Road; thence N 780 48' 15" W, 211.03 feet along the existing right-of-way <br />line of Mill Road to a point, which is the principle point of beginning of the parcel described <br />herein <br />1) thence N 780 48' 15" E, 21.31 feet along the existing right-of-way line of Mill Road to <br />a point on the eacisting easterly right-of-way line of Porter Road; <br />2) thence along a curve on the existing easterly right-of-way line of Porter Road deflecting <br />to the left, having a radius of 1176.28 feet, a chord which bears N 11 ° 29' 17" W, 21.02 <br />feet, an arc distance of 21.02 feet; <br />3) thence along a curve on the proposed northerly right-of-way line of Mill Road deflecting <br />to the left, having a radius of 32.00 feet, a chord which bears S 450 24' 080 E, 35.23 <br />feet, an arc distance of 37.31 feet to the principle point of beginning. <br />It is understood that the strip of land above described contains $Q square feet, more or less. <br />The bearings referred to herein are based on an assumed meridian and are for the purpose <br />of angular measurement. <br />EXHIBIT A
