<br /> <br />RIGHT-OF-ENTRY <br />CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />For the consideration of the City of North Olmsted agreeing to culvert the existing ditch located <br />along and adjacent to the property line of the following described parcel of land, said work to be <br />done by the City of North Olmsted or its Contractor at no cost to the Grantor herein named, the <br />undersigned Ms. 7uhasz does hereby grant unto the City of North Olmsted a Right-of-Entry <br />Construction Easement over and on the following described land situated in the City of North <br />Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and further identified by Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-9-40 or Address 4881 Porter $Q,Wi <br />The Right-of-Entry Construction Easement area is shown on the attached drawing. <br />The above described Right-of-Entry Construction Easement is granted for the purpose of <br />constructing a culvert, installing yard drains and tree wells, removing existing fence, installing <br />fence on property line, finished grading and seeding on the Grantor's property. <br />After completion of the work, as described herein on the above premises, the City of North <br />Olmsted, Grantee, agrees with the Grantor that the surface of the ground which is disturbed by <br />the aforesaid work is to be fuush graded and seeded, and agrees to dispose of all rubbish and <br />debris resuldng from the work. The Contractor will be responsible to repair or replace any <br />damaged portion of property. <br />This Right-of-Entry Construction Easement is granted for the period of time necessary for the City <br />to complete the above described work. <br />Owner <br />Owner <br />Address <br />Date <br />EXHIBIT B
