? ?. <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and in Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot No. 21, Tract 6 and further described as follows: <br />Being a parcel of land lying on the right side of the centerline of right-of-way of Mill Road <br />and being located within the following described points in the boundary thereof: <br />Beginning at an iron monument at the intersection of Mill Road and Dover Center Road; <br />thence N 780 12' 55" W, 831.57 feet along the existing centerline of Mill Road to a PK nail; <br />thence N 780 48' 15" W, 305.74 feet to a point on said centerline; thence S 000 00'30" W, 20.38 <br />feet to a point on the existing southerly right-of-way line of Mill Road, which is the principle <br />point of beginning of the parcel described herein: <br />1) thence S 000 00' 30" W, 10.19 feet along the Grantor's easterly property line to a point <br />on the proposed southerly right-of-way line; <br />2) thence N 780 48' 15" W, 216.73 feet along the proposed southerly right-of-way line of <br />Mill Road to a point: <br />3) thence along a curve deflecting to the left, having a radius of 32.00 feet, a chord which <br />bears S 700 24' 40" W, 32.76 feet, an arc distance of 34.39 feet to a point on the <br />existing easterly right-of-way line of Porter Road; <br />4) thence along a curve on the existing easterly right-of-way line of Porter Road deflecting <br />to the left having a radius of 1176.28 feet, a chord which bears N 700 40' 54" W, 7.26 <br />feet, an arc distance of 7.26 feet to a point; <br />5) thence along a curve on the existing southerly right-of-way line of Mill Road deflecting <br />to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet, a chord which bears N 460 40' 07" E, 24.43 <br />feet, an arc distance 28.55 feet; <br />6) thence along the existing southerly right-of-way line of Mill Road S 780 48' 15" E, <br />231.06 feet to the principle point of beginning. <br />It is understood that the strip of land above described contains 2,596 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />The bearings referred to herein are based on an assumed meridian and are for the purpose <br />of angular measurement. <br />EXHIBIT A
