SUPPLEMENTAL <br />RIGHT-OF-ENTRY <br />CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />For the consideration of the City of North Olmsted agreeing to regrade, landscape and repair the <br />asphalt driveway within the easement located along and adjacent to the north and west property <br />lines of the following described parcel of land, said work to be done by the City of North Olmsted <br />or its Contractor at no cost to the Grantor herein named, the undersigned Mr. & Mrc Ka erm n <br />do hereby grant unto the City of North Olmsted a Right-of-Entry Construction Easement over and <br />on the following described land situated in the City of North Olmsted, Counry of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and further identified by Permanent Parcel No. 232_9_32 or Address 4895 Porter <br />goad. <br />The Right-of-Entry Construction Easement area is shown on the attached drawing. <br />The above described Right-of-Entry Construction Easement is granted for the purpose of repairing <br />the asphalt driveway, finished grading and seeding within the easement on the Grantor's property, <br />all in accordance within the Purchase Agreement to which this easement is supplemented. <br />After completion of the work, as described herein on the above premises, the City of North <br />Olmsted, Grantee, agrees with the Grantor that the surface of the ground which is disturbed by <br />the aforesaid work is to be finish graded and seeded, and agrees to dispose of all rubbish and <br />debris resulting from the work. 1'he Contractor will be responsible to repair or replace any other <br />damaged portion of property. <br />Tfiis Right-of-Entry Construction Easement is granted for the period of time necessary for the City <br />to complete the above described work. <br />Owner <br />Owner <br />Address <br />Date <br />EXHIBIT B
