. ? <br />.? . <br />Resolution No. 96-106 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this <br />City, and for the further purpose of urging local representatives to support NASA and to oppose <br />cuts to NASA's budget; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediate upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: '`-' <br />? <br />Barbara L.
