,,.0i <br />with good and sufficient sureties or with a swety company authorized to <br />do business in the State of Ohio, conditioned on the faithful performance <br />of his contract in accordance with the above specifications. Such bonds <br />shall also indemnify the City against damages that may be suffered by the <br />failure to perform his contract according to the provisions thereof and in <br />accordance with the contract specifications set forth in the final <br />agreement. <br />4.) Affirmative Action and Equal Employment <br />The successful vendor upon request will be expected to furnish <br />satisfactory proof to the City that they are in full compliance with all <br />applicable Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Laws, whether Federal, <br />State or of the Gity of North Olmsted. <br />5.) Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />The successful vendor, upon request, will be expected to save the City of <br />North Olmsted harmless from any and all damages, loss or liability of any <br />kind whatsoever occasioned upon the premises, or premise adjacent <br />thereto, by reason of any injury to person or property occasioned by any <br />act or omission, neglect or wrong of the vendor or any of its officers, <br />representatives, guests, employees, invites or other persons associated <br />with the vendor, and shall at its own costs and expense defend and protect <br />the City of North Olmsted against any and all such claims or demands. <br />6.) No proposal preparation time or travel will be reimbursed under the <br />contract agreement. <br />7.) Michael J. Dolansky, Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall <br />serve as the contact person for the City of North Olmsted and may be <br />reached at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, 26000 Lorain Road, <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, (216) 7348200.
