Food quality and taste. <br />2•) Anticipated final approval of the accepted proposal and contract award <br />will be after March 13, 1996 by the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />E•) MtiSCELLANEOUS <br />1•) Vendor's or Suppliers Liability Insurance <br />The successful vendor, upon request, will be expected to maintain such <br />insurance as will protect him from claims under Workmen's <br />Compensation acts and other employee benefit acts from claims for <br />damages because of bodily injury, included death to him, employees and <br />all others. The vendor shall provide as listed herein: <br />a.) Contractor's Protective Liability <br />Bodily Injury $300,0001$500,000 <br />Property Damage $100,000/$300,000 <br />b.) Automobile Liability (Owned, Non-Owned and Hired <br />Automobiles) <br />Bodily Injury $300,000/$500,000 <br />Property Damage $100,000 <br />This coverage will be for each occurrence which may arise out of or result <br />from the vendor's or supplies operations under the contract, whether such <br />operations be by himself or by any sub-contra,ctor or anyone directly or <br />indirectly, employed by either of them while on the premises of the City <br />of North Olmsted, during the delivery or performance of the contract <br />agreemerrt. <br />All policies and certificates must contain an endorsement that the policy <br />cannot be canceled or amended until ten (10) days after the City receives <br />written notice by registered mail. <br />2.) Affidavit and Certification <br />Each vendor, who is a foreign corporation, that is, a corporation not <br />chartered in Ohio but licensed to do busYness in Ohio, is required to <br />submit with his proposal an affidavit duly executed by the president, vice- <br />president, or general manager of the corporation, stating in said affidavit <br />that said foreign corporation has, in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Revised Code of the State of Ohio, obtained a certificate authorizing it to <br />do business in the State of Ohio. These certificates or certified copies of <br />them are obtainable from the Office of the Secretary of State, Columbus, <br />Ohio. <br />3•) Performance Bond <br />Before entering into a contract, the successful vendor shall upon award of <br />the contract, furnish to the City, a performance bond, payable to the City <br />of North Olmsted, in a sum equal to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
