Serving Schedule , <br />• Provide a service schedule for the entire season which addresses <br />providing efficient and effective service at each park site in <br />relation to the estimated patron attendance and demands. <br />f.) Financial Reporting <br />• Describe in detail the methods, procedures and schedule for <br />financial reporting to the City of North Oimsted. <br />g.) Financial Remuneration <br />• Describe in detail the City's profit margin per product and <br />anticipated revenue to be generated based upon the service <br />schedule and the conesponding menu items to be offered. <br />• Provide an overview of the procedure and schedule for payments <br />to be made to the City, i.e. bi-weekly, monthly, check or money <br />order, etc. - <br />h.) Quality Assurance <br />• Please include policies or procedures on random quality assurance <br />checks or logs. <br />• Indicate if you currently possess, or have the ability to procure, all <br />necessary permits, licenses, etc. at the local, county or state leveis <br />for the sale of food to the public in the manner and desire <br />descnbed within the proposal. <br />1•) Spepal Promotional Offers and Sponsorships <br />• Please include any special promotional offers or sponsorships <br />which could be provided to the City of North Olmsted for the <br />purpose of promoting and marketing their programs and facilities <br />offered by the Parks and Recreation Department. <br />3.) Formal Presentation <br />As an integral part of the final selection process, several vendors will be <br />chosen as finalists based upon their proposal excellence in accordance <br />with the selection criteria and will be required to provide a formal <br />presentation of their proposal with a complete sampling of their key menu <br />items. <br />D.) SELECTION CRITERIA <br />1.) Selection of the successful vendor shall be made by the Safety Director <br />and the Commissioner of the Parks and Recreation based upon the best <br />qualified bid in relation to the following criteria. <br />a.) Overall professional qualifications and past applicable experience. <br />b.) Abilitv to meet and work closely with the Parks and Recreation <br />Deparhnent. <br />c.) Menu variety and serving sizes. <br />d.) Abilrty to provide mobile service to all park sites with an efficient <br />service schedule. <br />e.) Point-of-sale presentation and service vehicle appearance. <br />f.) City's profit margin per product and anticipated revenue.
