• ? ? <br />3)• All proposals shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days from the date <br />of opening and shall become the property of the City of North Olmsted. <br />4•) The City of North Olmsted reserves the right to fwther negotiate after <br />proposals are opened with any potential vendor if deemed necessary. <br />Furthermore, the City of North Olmsted reserves the right to reject any <br />and all praposais and to waive informaliries in the best interest of the City <br />of North Ohnsted. <br />5•) Acceptance of the proposal of any vendor by the City shall not constitute <br />an agreemmt between the City and such vendor and shall not be binding <br />upon the City unless and until a.n agreement covering all conditions and <br />provisions of the services to be provided by the successful vendor has, at <br />the time of or after the acceptance of such proposal, been reduced to <br />writing and executed by-both the City and the successful vendor. <br />C.) CONTENT OF PROPOSALS <br />1•) Qualifications <br />Proposals shall include a deta.iled statement specifying the qualifications <br />of the vendor to provide the necessary concession services. A list of <br />similar contractual arrangements currently or previously engaged in <br />should also be included, alang with corresponding references and contact <br />Persons. Proposals shall outline the perspective vendor's location, <br />manageriat staff and a thorough overview of concession operation <br />capabilities. <br />2.) Concessiom Specifications <br />a.) Menu <br />• De,scribe regular food selections to be made available and identify <br />potential special menu selections which could be added. <br />• Outtine beverage selections to be made available. <br />? Some pre-packaged food items such as chips, candy, popcorn, etc. <br />shouid be included in the menu and brand names identified. <br />b•) Product Pricing <br />• Provide a complete listing of product pricing conesponding to all <br />the menu items which will be offered. <br />c.) Serving Sizes <br />• Denote where applicable the various serving sizes corresponding <br />to ail the menu items which will be offered. <br />d•) Service Presentation <br />• Illustrate or describe, in detail, the service vehicle to be utilized. <br />• Describe or illustrate any point-of-sale signs or amenities to be <br />utihzed to promote sales and create a professional image. <br />• Describe any marketing promotions designed to promote the <br />avaiiability of your service and promulgate increased sales <br />oppartunities.
