DEF'INITIaRS. (a) "Sewage Works" or "Sewerage System" aha11 mean all facilities for colleeting, pumping, treating and disposing of sewage. (b) "Service 17irector" shall mean the Directox of Publie Service af the City of North Olmsted, or his authorized deputy, agent or represantative. (c) "Building Commissioner" or "Building Administrator" sha,1.I be the Building Cammi,ssioner or Building Adm;inistrator of the City of North 4lmsted, or his authoriaed deputy, ageat or representa,tive. (d) "Sewa,ge" or "Waste" shall mean the water caxried wastes frcm residences, apartments, business buil.di.ngs or properties, in.stituticns and industrial establishmentsp singulax or i.n an,y eombinatian, together with such gxound, surfa,ce and storia waters which may be present, and on].y becoming water carried wastes when permitted or authori.zed by permit issued by the Service Director, Ba.ilding Commissioner or Buildizig Administrator of the City of North Olmsted. (e) "Pu.b2ic Seuer" sha].l mean a sewer owned or controlled by the City of Narth Olmsted# Ohio, (f) "Sanitary Sewer" shall mean a public sewer which carries sewage and wastes and to which storm, surface and ground waters are not iritenti.onally ac3mitted. (g) "Stora Sewer" or "Storm Drain" sha12 mean a publie sewer and pt;blic diteh which carries storet and surface waters and draina?e,, but excludes sewage and industrial wastes. (h) "Sewage Treatment Plant" ehall mean any arrangement of d.evices and structureffi used for treati.ng sewage. (i) "Industrial Wastes" shall mean water-earried and liquid waates from ?- industrial or commercial procesges as distinet fram sanitary sewage.
