In computi.n.g length of service Yor the purpose of making payments in the manner hereinabove set forth a$ longevity increments, no eredit shal.l be g:iven to an employee for eervice as a part- time employee of either the Police Department or the Fire Departcnent. Sueh limitation is onl.y to apply for the purpose of camputing longevity inerements and such exclusions fox any part time empZoyee in either of the safety departments shall not deprive or restrict au empZoyee in either safety departiiient of any other benefit which may be due for such part time service, which benefita are recognized by ordinances of the city for other purposes, statutes of the State of Ohio or benefits to which he ma,y be entitled to undex the rules and regulations of the F3.remen Relief and Pension Fznd or the Ohio Public 4nployees Retirement System. To equitably effect the applieation of such lon,gevity incrementat the Auditor as of September 15, 19609 is authorized to pay to Fire Chief r:arl I3ona.ldson $315.95; A.ssistant Fire Chief Ted DeWerth $296.83; Milan 2'urocy $272.65; Ray Bement $272.65•: Riehard I,impert $261.08; Riehard Dona].dson $244.00; Frenk Tinice $244.00; Charles Wershing $244.00; Ted Passi.g $244.00; Frank Eskins $241+.00; 8onald Carpeater $21+E+.00; Theodore C'ulp $241+.00; blrnie Zoidesy $244.04 and Charles CuZp $226.28; and that the rate of pay of the af'oxesaid employees of said depastment and anp additicRnal employees hereinafter appointed to said department sha7.1 thereafter be at the baee rate a,s hereiaabove indi.cated, withoea.t the longevity incxement, payable semi-monthly.
