The cost of maintaining the Regional Plannin; (a) 6D, Comrn3.ssion shall be apportioned i.n the following manner: Each muni.cipality coaperating, hereiri shall. contribute in each calendar year 5 cents per capita of its population,, accordir?; to the latest Federal censuss but not 1QSS than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 in each ca].endar year.
