VIII CII3TIFICATTON AND .ADCPI2C}N OF PLAN The Commissions after malfl.ng the regional plan., or any change, supplement or abolition thoreof$ shall certify a copy thereof to the city plann_ialg commission of each municipality of the Regian and to the county coanrn.issioners. The City Pl.anning Cornmission of any mvnic:ipala.ty to which such plan., cYiange., supplement or abol.ition is certified m.ay recommend the adoption of the same to the legislative authority and., if approved by the legis].ative authority, it sha]1 tn.ore- -apon have the same force and effect within such mwv.cipality as is provi.ded by la.w or charter for plans prepared by said Ci_ty Planning Gommission. `!he County Commissioners may adopt said p7.an., change: supplement or abolition so far as it rela.ted to nonmun3.cipal territory. Said plani change., supplement or abol3.tion sha11 be of no effect in any municipality unless so adopted by the legislative authority upon recommendation by its glannirg Commissian., nor zn any nornnunicipal territory un.l.ess so adopted by the County Comm:i.ssioners." When so adoptedj, said plan., charge., supple¢nent., or aboLition shall be certified to the Regional Plann3.ng commission and filsd with the county recorders as provided by law• IX TNCLUSIQN OF STATUTES All applicable statutes of the State oL C}hio are included i.n these terris of eooperation and made a part hereof. x itiTITHDRAWAL The City Plannirg Commission of any cooperating municipality or the County Comm.i.ssioners may withdraw their cooperation hereunder at any time by adopting a resolution so to do and delivering a certified copy thereof to the Secretary of the Regional Planning Commission. Such withdrawal shal.l be effective upon de]i.very., but sha71 not relieve the withdrawing pax'ty of its obl.-Lgation to corrtribute its shaxe of the cost for the yeax in which the withdrawal occurs$ nor shall it withdyraw for that year the partyts territory for the Region. _?.-
