City4 Contribution to P .E .R.S . <br />In Arrears as of 10/31/59 $30,084 <br />In Arrears as of Nov. and <br />pec., 1959 2,720 32,804 <br />Cleaning drainage ditches 249,d00 <br />Cleaning roadside ditches 21$,000 <br />Cleaning existing storm sewers 51000 <br />Resurfacing existing roads 126,910 <br />$644, 424 <br />Section 2, That the Mayor be and is hereby d3.reeted to call to <br />i''0 the atten-tion of the Board of Tax Appeals in determining the allocation <br />of lacal government funds to th3.s Gity for the calendar year 1960 that the <br />needs of the City of North Olmsted inelude the following other needs not <br />detailed in the corrected budget as adopted: <br />$21,000 To Cuyahoga County as the City's portion <br />for the grading, draining and repaving <br />of Dover Road; and <br />520.,000 The City's yDortion of the cost of -the <br />sanitary sewerage system. <br />Section 3. The Counc3.l of this City on behal.f of the Ci-ty re- <br />quests of the Baard of Tax Appeals to make allacation to this City f'rom <br />local government funds for the calendar year 1960 for the needs of this <br />City as hereinabove referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of this resolutinn <br />and in accordance W1tY1 the corrected budget heretofore deposited with <br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County reflecting the needs of this City for <br />current operating expenses for the year 1960. <br />5ection 4. WHEREFORE, this resolutian is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health <br />and welfare and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of <br />bringing immediately to the attention of the Board of Tax Appeals t}ie <br />needs of this City in the appropriation to be made by said Board to <br />this City from the local government fund as required by the City fo:r <br />the calendar year 1960 as such allocation is in l.itigation and to be heard <br />by said Board of Tax Appeals on December 8, 1959. <br />Section 5.
