V51EREAS, Council has deemed it necessasy to review the rules and rebulations for members of the Fire Department of this city, and, WIMiE1S, in a stud,y of sai.d rules and regulations it has been reported back by the Director of '11,ublic Safety to the Safety Committee of Council that sai.d rules and regulaticns be rek*ritten, and, Council has adopted the recommendation of the Safety Cor.imittee of Council that said rules and regulations -for members of the Fire Depa,rtment be revrritten and Yave reviewed the proposed rules and regula:tions for members of the Fire Department of -this city, T7iOti,x$ THERE RE, BE IT 0RDASNED by the Council of the City of Ttortii Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section I: That Ordinance 7359 enacted January 20, 1948, establishi.ng xules and regulations for members of the Fire De-oartment of -th.is city, be and the snsune is hereby repea,l.ed as of the effective date of this ordina,nce. Section 2: That the rul.es a.nd regulations governing members of the Fire Depurt- ment of this city as set forth 9n the copy hereto attached be incorporated as thou-gh fully rewritten herein, ancl be adopted as the rules and regulations for members of the Fire Dep-,rtment of the Gity of Tdorth Olmsted. Section 3: Wherefore, this ordinance shall take immediate effect from and after its passa,ge, otherwwise at the earlies ? period allowed by law. i'assed: J?
