Ordinauce No. ~ G ~ ~ <br />Page Two <br />(b) For services rendered in the preparation of detailed plans said <br />specifications for which contracts are to be let, the total cost <br />of which d®es n®t exceed $5C~,0t~0.OC, the Engineer sha11 receive <br />a sam equal to seven percent (7~) of the total cost, payable as <br />fmllows: three percent (3~) 0n emanpleticm of plans, specifications <br />and estimates; fa~nr percent () oar monthly invsiQea as rendered <br />after the letting of a contract and in proportisn to the balance <br />®f the engineering fees is the total Pees payable upon completi®n <br />of contract; where contracts to be let exceed $54©,Ott3C.~, the <br />Engineer aha11 receive a sum equal to the pereentege as set forth <br />in the then applicable issue of The Cods of Pr©fessisna].
