,- <br />thirty (30) inches. <br />Section 4 -Board of Review <br />Proposed Industries, buildings, or premises to be erected in a <br />Limited Industrial District, not requiring a Public Hearing <br />(Section 2 Item 11,.), must be approved by the Planning Commission, <br />prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATION,,,, S POR,LIMITID INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br />Section 1 -Height Re~ul.ations <br />In a Limited Industrial District no building or structure <br />shall be erected to a height in excess of 30 feet. <br />Section 2 -Set-Back Regulations <br />No building or structure shall have aset-back from the street <br />line of less than fifty (50) feet. <br />Section 3 -Side-Yard Re~ul.ations <br />Side-yard width shall be at least ten (10) feet and the su4n <br />of the side yards shall total no lass than forty (1F0} feet i.ri <br />width. Ixi addition no structure shall be created within thirty <br />(30) feet of the buffer strip surrounding the limited industrial <br />district. <br />Section ~. -Rear-Yard Regulations <br />No rear-yard shall be less than thirty (30) feet. <br />Section 5 -Lot-~Jidth Ret~u7-ations <br />No building or structure shall. be constructed upon a plot which <br />is less than one hundred (100) feet in width. <br />Section 6 -Off-Street Parking & Loading; <br />Off-Street parking space must be provided for all employeesi <br />customers, or guests of the person or firm controlling and/or <br />operating the property. Said person or firm shall be responsible <br />for tre property maintenance. All parking and/or leading to be <br />kept back of the set-back building line by barrier. <br />Section 2~ That Articles l~C and %IT of Ordinance No. 21+1x.5 as passed <br />March 19, 195'j~ be and they are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3.
