21 Council 123.01 <br />(62) Amending rules. These rules may be amended, or new rules adopted, by, a <br />majority vote of-all members of Council, on the report of the committee for <br />such purpose. The proposed amendments or new rules shall have been <br />referred to such committee at a preceding meeting. <br />(63) Other rules. Except as herein otherwise provided, the proceedings of <br />Council shall be governed by the ordinances arxi resolutions of the City, and <br />the general laws of the State of Ohio. It shall be the duty of the presiding <br />officer to adhere to and enforce such rules. <br />(Ord. 2689. Passed 6-3-58. ) <br />~~ <br />121.02 DISTURBING COUNCIL. <br />No person shall wilfully disturb by disorderly conduct or obscene language, or unlaw- <br />fully interfere with a Council meeting while addressing Council by using obscene language <br />toward any person or member of Council. <br />(Ord. 495.
