VII, Sec. 5 <br />Contracts -see Ohio R.C. ?37.02 <br />137.01 DIRECTOR TO HEAD BUILDING DEPARTMENT. <br />The Director of Public Safety shall be the executive head and the chief administrative <br />authority of the Building Department with all powers and duties connected with and incident <br />-~. to such department except as otherwise provided by law and shall make all contracts in <br />the name of the City with reference to the management of such department, for the erection <br />or repair of all buildings or improvements in connection therewith and for the purchase of <br />all supplies necessary for such department. <br />(Ord. 2626.
