C . 737.11 <br />Recovered property and disposition -see Ohio R.C. 737.29 et seq. <br />Police Relief and Pension Fund -see Ohio R.C. 737.14, 741..31 et seq. <br />139.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIEF AND PENSION FUND; BOARD OF TRUSTEES. <br />There is established a Police Relief and Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees for <br />such Fund under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 741.32 et seq. The composition of <br />the Board of Trustees, its authority,. powers and duties in administering the Fund shall <br />be as provided for by the general laws of Ohio. Membership in such Fund, eligibility <br />therefor, rights therein and the securing or granting of benefits therefrom shall be such <br />as are provided by the general laws of Ohio and the rules and regulations legally adopted <br />by the Board governing management of the Fund and the disbursement of benefits and <br />pensions. (Ord. 778. Passed 9-13-49. ) <br />139.02 COMPOSITION AND CLASSIFICATION. <br />(a) The following table of organization for the personnel of the Police Department of <br />the City is hereby created, adopted and ratified by Council providing for: <br />(1) One Chief of Police <br />(2) Two Lieutenants of Police <br />(3) Four Sergeants of Police <br />(4) Eighteen Patrolmen <br />(5) Fourteen Auxiliary Police <br />(6) Five School Guards. <br />(b) The Police Department as constituted herein shall be classified by the Director <br />of Public Safety as required by law. (Ord. 3139. Passed 10-18-60.) <br />139.03 VACATIONS. <br />The officers and full time members of the Police Department of the City shall be <br />entitled to paid vacations under the conditions herein set forth: <br />(a) Officers and members employed on a full time basis, upon completion of one <br />year of continuous service as a full time employee, shall be entitled to two <br />weeks paid vacation each year thereafter until completing ten years of such <br />continuous full time service in the department. <br />
